Can I add make it mandatory to add a phone number to a shop order?
You can make a phone number – for order queries – mandatory on an order as follows:
1. Select 'Site Settings' in the Web Office (the 'Cog' icon on the left hand side of the screen).
2. Select 'E-Commerce' from the navigation on the left-hand side.
2. Select 'Shop Settings' from beneath E-Commerce on the left-hand side.
3. Under the 'Shopping Options' section Select the 'Phone Number Required' tick box. This will make a phone number mandatory for physical orders, it will not apply to digital only orders as thse are immediately delivered.
